At Ainor Essence, we take pride in the quality of our perfumes. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, our Return & Exchange Policy applies:

Eligibility
Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
Returns must be requested within 3 days of delivery.
For hygiene and safety reasons, opened perfumes cannot be returned.

Exchanges
We offer exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items received.
Proof of purchase and photos may be required.

To request a return or exchange, contact us at support@ainoressence.com with your order details.
Once approved, items must be shipped back in their original condition.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or incorrect.

Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7β15 business days after inspection.
Shipping fees are non-refundable (except for incorrect or defective orders).

Non-Returnable Items
Opened perfumes, promotional items, and gift cards are non-returnable.
